Kaleidoscope

Motif challenge #1
Kaleidoscope came to me one row at a time, these are threads by Jess (sorry don't know the color names) they are my first attempt at smaller size they were done in size 40.  I was feeling crazy oneday and decided to see what I could come up with using each one that I had.  My husband said this was one he really likes, he's never said that about tatting as he doesn't get into it, although he did say he's going to make me a glass case with mirrors all around it to really make the Kaleidoscope affect, I can't wait for him to get back home and make it.  This is by far my favorite.  I have other items that need to be posted too, that'll come later, just had to share this one...NOW.

    1. Thank you Jess for telling the the names of the threads, I couldn't find my paper so I had no clue, I can't believe how this worked out from the name of the thread to the name of my Kaleidoscope. Who'd have thought? I love these colors together, almost looks like we had this planned. Hope all is going fine with you.

    2. After posting my reply I relized that it was in the thrid row it was looking like a Kaleidoscope so that's when I named it. I just can't believe how all the colors I got from you fit so wounderfully.

  3. This is very pretty Cheryl. You did very well with this. A mirrored box will look amazing with this in it. You will have to post a picture of that when it is finished.

    1. Thank you Ladytats, my husband is back out on the road working, I may not be able to wait for him to come back home to make it, may just have to figure it out on my own. Either way I'll post as soon as it's done.
